I will present the paper "User Experience Comparison of a Social Robot vs. Info Terminal in Citizen Services" at the 16th International Conference on Social Robotics as a poster in Odense in October 2024. This paper contains findings from the DKDE-eGov project and was written by Edgar Baake, Florian König, Claudius Pott, Moreen Heine and me.
